After years of thinking about doing an historic restoration project, we have finally taken the plunge and purchased the 180 year old Dominick-Boland House in the heart of Little Mountain, SC. As retired individuals, we now have the opportunity to take on this new adventure and restore this beautiful property to its former glory. This type of project is something we have always wanted to do, but raising family and job commitments had prevented us from pursuing the dream.  With the support of our family, we are excited to embark on this journey and share our progress with others. Our goal is to preserve the history and charm of this property while making it a comfortable and functional space for modern activities. We invite you to follow us on this journey as we share our plans, progress, and challenges along the way.

As we begin our restoration of the Dominick-Boland House, we are excited to share our plans for its future. Our vision is to transform the two bedrooms upstairs into a cozy and charming Bed & Breakfast for guests to enjoy. On the lower level, we plan to create a unique and inviting wine parlor where visitors can relax and unwind. In addition, we hope to turn the space into a small event venue, perfect for meetings, luncheons, and receptions. We believe that this historic property has the potential to become a beloved destination for travelers and locals alike, and we are committed to bringing our vision to life while preserving the unique character of the house.
