A Blind Tasting Experience

Have you ever wondered if you could identify a wine without seeing the label?

Join us for Wine Education 103, where we’ll put your palate to the test! During this interactive blind tasting, you’ll sample a variety of wines served without labels and learn how to evaluate them by sight, aroma, structure, and flavor.

Jennifer Baysinger, our Level 3 Sommelier, will guide you through professional tasting techniques, helping you discover how grape variety, climate, winemaking, and your own senses work together to reveal what’s in your glass.

Whether you’re new to wine or a seasoned enthusiast, this class is designed to build confidence—not test your knowledge. You’ll be surprised by what you can recognize when you let your palate lead the way.
